Who we are

Kashf is operated by Essam Mohamed, trading as Sadeam, Cairo, Egypt ("we"). Contact: hello@sadeam.space.

What we process

Statement files you upload (PDF or images) and the transaction data extracted from them; a random cookie that ties your conversions to your browser (there are no accounts); usage events (pages viewed, uploads, payments, exports) with a hashed IP address; the payer email and transaction id that PayPal or our card processor return after a payment.

How files are handled

Files are stored encrypted at rest on our server in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Oracle Cloud) only for as long as processing and your review require, and are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Extracted rows are deleted with the file.

To read a page we send its image and text to an AI model provider (Anthropic and/or Google) under their API terms, which do not permit training on your data. We never use your documents to train models.

You can delete a conversion at any time from its page; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal Pte. Ltd. and affiliates) and, for card payments, by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. We never see your card number. Their privacy policies apply to payment data.

Analytics

We use first-party analytics only (no advertising pixels on the product itself). Marketing pages may carry Google Ads and Meta conversion tags; those pages say so.

Your rights

You may delete any conversion from its page at any time, and you may request deletion of payment records by emailing hello@sadeam.space. We respond within 14 days. EU/UK users have the rights set out in the GDPR; we rely on contract performance (processing your files) and legitimate interest (security, analytics) as legal bases.
