Kashf

Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Agreement

Kashf is operated by Essam Mohamed, trading as Sadeam, Cairo, Egypt ("we"). Contact: hello@sadeam.space.

By using Kashf you agree to these terms. If you use Kashf for an organisation you confirm you may bind it.

The service

Kashf converts bank and card statement files into spreadsheet and accounting formats and reports a running-balance check. Output is produced by automated systems and may contain errors; rows that fail verification are flagged. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you are entitled to process. Do not use Kashf to alter, fabricate or launder financial records, to process documents of people who have not consented, or in breach of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing and payment

Kashf is pay per file: $0.10 per page with a $2 minimum, shown before you pay. The first page is converted free as a preview. Payment is taken once, in USD, through PayPal or through Polar Software Inc. (merchant of record for card payments). There are no subscriptions and no accounts.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: if a paid conversion is wrong and we cannot fix it, we refund it on request within 14 days.

Liability

Kashf is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the conversion concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on unreviewed output.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country.
