Our promise
Check the free first-page preview before you pay. If a paid conversion is incorrect and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the payment in full. Email hello@sadeam.space within 14 days of the charge with the conversion link.
Change of mind
Because the conversion is delivered immediately after payment, we do not refund completed conversions for change of mind. Duplicate payments for the same file are always refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal or Polar, usually within 5–10 business days.
