Convert Alinma Bank statements to Excel
Arabic merchant names and right-to-left column order in Alinma statements are scrambled by generic converters, and Hijri dates printed next to Gregorian ones get read as extra transactions. Wrapped descriptions also produce rows with no amount.

About Alinma Bank statement PDFs
- Alinma statements are generated in the Alinma app or Alinma Internet for a selected account and period and downloaded as PDF, in Arabic or English.
- The statement shows Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance columns, so a running balance is present on each line.
- Gregorian dates are in DD/MM/YYYY format; some versions also show the Hijri date.
- Descriptions include POS, ATM, SADAD, local transfer and salary transactions, with Arabic merchant names common on Arabic statements.
- Amounts are in SAR with two decimals, and the header includes the IBAN and account details.

Frequently asked
Does it read Arabic Alinma statements correctly?
Yes. Arabic text is read in the correct order and exported as UTF-8. The Gregorian date is used as the transaction date, and the date exactly as printed (including Hijri) is kept alongside it.
Is the running balance checked?
Yes. Every page is checked against the printed Balance column before you export.
Which export works for Zoho Books or Qoyod?
CSV or Excel import into Zoho Books, Qoyod and most Saudi accounting tools; QBO is for QuickBooks and OFX for other software.
