Convert Banque Saudi Fransi statements to Excel
BSF descriptions wrap under the date and include long transfer references, which generic converters split into rows without amounts. Arabic statements come out with reversed words and columns in the wrong order.

About Banque Saudi Fransi statement PDFs
- Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) statements are downloaded as PDF from BSF Online and the BSF mobile app for a selected account and period.
- Statements are available in English or Arabic and show Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance, so a running balance is present on each line.
- Dates are Gregorian in DD/MM/YYYY format, and descriptions include POS, ATM, SADAD, transfer and salary transactions with merchant or counterparty details.
- Amounts are in SAR with two decimals, and the header carries the IBAN, account number and statement period.
- Corporate customers on BSF's business banking platform may also export transactions to Excel.
How it works
- Upload. Drop a statement PDF or a photo. We count the pages and show the price.
- Preview free. The first page is converted immediately so you can judge the quality before paying.
- Pay per file. $0.10 per page, minimum $2. PayPal or card. No subscription, no account.
- Download. Every row balance-checked. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (QBO), Xero, OFX. Edit anything first.
Frequently asked
Will wrapped descriptions be merged into one row?
Yes. Continuation lines are joined to their transaction so each exported row is one real transaction with the full reference.
Is the running balance checked?
Yes. Every page is checked from the opening to the closing balance against the printed Balance column.
Does it work with scanned or photographed statements?
Yes. OCR reads scans and photos, and the balance check flags any misread digit before export.
