Convert QNB Egypt statements to Excel
QNB Egypt statements place the Value Date next to the Transaction Date, and generic converters often merge the two or drop one, which breaks date-based reconciliation. Long descriptions that wrap also push Debit and Credit values into the wrong column on some rows.

About QNB Egypt statement PDFs
- QNB Egypt statements are downloaded as PDF from QNB Internet Banking and the QNB Egypt mobile app, and periodic e-statements can be delivered by email.
- Statements are usually in English, sometimes with Arabic labels, and show Transaction Date, Value Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance, so a running balance is present per line.
- Dates use DD/MM/YYYY, and descriptions carry transaction types such as POS, ATM, Transfer and Standing Order followed by merchant or counterparty details.
- Amounts are in EGP with two decimals; foreign-currency accounts have separate statements.
- Older statements issued under the previous QNB Alahli branding use the same essential column layout.

Frequently asked
Are both dates kept?
Yes. Transaction Date and Value Date are exported as separate columns in Excel and CSV; QBO and OFX use the transaction date.
Is the running balance checked?
Yes. Each page is checked against the printed Balance column, so a Debit that landed in the Credit column is flagged immediately.
Do older QNB Alahli statements convert too?
Yes. The layout is detected from the document, so statements under either name convert the same way.
