Convert Kuwait Finance House statements to Excel
Three-decimal dinar amounts are the main trap: generic converters round to two decimals or misplace the thousands separator, so every balance is off by fils. Arabic statements add reversed text and right-to-left column misordering on top.
- ✓ Running balance checked on every page

About Kuwait Finance House statement PDFs
- KFH statements are downloaded as PDF from KFH Online and the KFHonline mobile app for a selected account and period, in Arabic or English.
- Statements show Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance (with Arabic headers on Arabic statements), so a running balance is present on each line.
- Amounts are in Kuwaiti dinar with three decimal places (for example 1,250.500), which differs from the two-decimal convention most tools assume.
- Dates use DD/MM/YYYY, and descriptions include KNET point-of-sale purchases, ATM withdrawals, local and international transfers, salary credits and profit distributions on investment deposits.
- Foreign-currency accounts are issued as separate statements, and corporate customers may also have Excel export on the business platform.

Frequently asked
Are three-decimal KWD amounts preserved exactly?
Yes. Amounts are read and exported with all three decimals, and the running-balance check on every page confirms nothing was rounded.
Does it work with Arabic KFH statements?
Yes. Arabic and English statements both convert, with Arabic text exported in correct order as UTF-8.
Which export should I use for QuickBooks?
QBO for a direct import, CSV for manual mapping, and OFX for other accounting tools; all keep three-decimal amounts.
