About HDFC Bank statement PDFs
- HDFC Bank statements are downloaded as PDF from NetBanking or the app, and monthly e-statements are emailed as password-protected PDFs.
- The transaction table uses Date, Narration, Chq./Ref.No., Value Dt, Withdrawal Amt., Deposit Amt. and Closing Balance columns, so every line carries a running balance.
- Dates are in DD/MM/YY format, and narrations are dense uppercase strings such as UPI-, NEFT CR-, IMPS-, POS or ACH D- followed by counterparty and reference codes separated by hyphens.
- Amounts use Indian digit grouping (for example 1,25,000.00), and the statement summary includes Opening Balance, Dr Count, Cr Count, Debits, Credits and Closing Balance.
