Convert ICICI Bank statements to Excel
ICICI remarks are long slash-separated strings that wrap under the date, and generic converters cut them mid-reference or spill them into the amount columns. Indian digit grouping and password protection add two more places where a plain PDF-to-Excel tool gives up or produces wrong numbers.
- ✓ Running balance checked on every page
- ✓ Arabic, English and bilingual statements
- ✓ Files deleted within 24 hours, never used for training

About ICICI Bank statement PDFs
- ICICI Bank statements are downloaded as PDF from Internet Banking or iMobile, and monthly e-statements arrive by email as password-protected PDFs.
- The detailed statement table typically shows Transaction Date, Value Date, Transaction Remarks, Cheque/Ref No., Withdrawal Amount, Deposit Amount and Balance, so a running balance is present on each line.
- Dates are in DD/MM/YYYY format, and remarks use codes such as UPI/, NEFT-, IMPS/, BIL/ONL, VIN/ (Visa) and MMT/ followed by the counterparty and reference IDs separated by slashes.
- Amounts use Indian digit grouping (lakhs and crores), and the header includes the account number, IFSC, branch and statement period.
- Internet Banking also offers statement downloads in Excel and other formats for selected date ranges.

Frequently asked
Does it work with password-protected ICICI e-statements?
Yes. Provide the password at upload; it is used only to open the PDF, and the file is deleted within 24 hours.
Will the UPI and NEFT references be kept intact?
Yes. The full remark is kept in one description cell, and the Cheque/Ref No. column is exported separately so you can match payments.
Is the running balance checked?
Yes. Every page is checked against the Balance column, so a misparsed lakh grouping shows up as a mismatch rather than a silent error.
