Convert Revolut statements to Excel
Revolut users juggle several per-currency PDFs plus exchange lines that appear on both sides, and generic converters cannot tell which currency a row belongs to once files are merged. Fees embedded in descriptions and descriptions that wrap under the merchant name also throw off amounts and balances.

About Revolut statement PDFs
- Revolut statements are generated in the app under Accounts, then Statement, as PDF per currency account and date range; Excel and CSV exports are also available in the app.
- The PDF table shows Date, Description, Money out, Money in and Balance, with a running balance per line, and a summary of opening and closing balances.
- Each currency account produces a separate statement, so a multi-currency user has several PDFs for the same month.
- Card payments, transfers and exchanges carry descriptive text such as the merchant name, the counterparty or Exchanged to EUR, and fees may appear as separate lines or inside the description.
- Dates are shown in day-first format with the completed date; pending transactions are excluded from the statement.

- Download. Every row balance-checked. Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (QBO), Xero, OFX. Edit anything first.
Frequently asked
Can I upload several Revolut currency statements at once?
Yes. Each PDF is converted with its own currency and balance check, and the export keeps a Currency column so GBP, EUR and USD rows never mix.
Revolut already exports Excel. Why use Kashf?
For archived periods, for statements received from clients as PDF, and for a running-balance check on every page that confirms the file matches the statement.
Does it work with Revolut Business statements?
Yes. Business statements use the same core table and convert with the same balance check.
