Convert State Bank of India statements to Excel
SBI descriptions run long with UPI and transfer references that wrap, and branch passbook printouts are often scanned at low quality, so generic tools misread digits without any way to catch it. Mixed date formats between online PDFs and branch printouts also break date columns when statements are combined.
- ✓ Running balance checked on every page
- ✓ Arabic, English and bilingual statements
- ✓ Your file is deleted the moment conversion finishes; never used for training

About State Bank of India statement PDFs
- SBI statements are downloaded from OnlineSBI or the YONO app as PDF, and can also be generated in Excel or CSV for a chosen date range; emailed e-statements are password-protected PDFs.
- The statement table shows Txn Date, Value Date, Description, Ref No./Cheque No., Debit, Credit and Balance, so each line carries a running balance.
- Dates are written as day, abbreviated month and year (for example 15 Jan 2025), and descriptions use codes such as UPI/DR/, UPI/CR/, NEFT, IMPS, ATM WDL, BY TRANSFER and TO TRANSFER.
- Amounts use Indian digit grouping, and the header carries the account name, number, branch, IFSC, MICR and the balance as on the start date.
- Passbook-style printouts from branches use a more compact layout with the same essential columns.

Yes. Scans and photos are read with OCR, and the running-balance check on every page flags any misread digit before you export.
Does it open password-protected SBI e-statements?
Yes. Enter the password at upload; it is used only to open the file, which is deleted the moment conversion finishes.
Which export is best for Tally or Zoho Books?
CSV or Excel for Tally and Zoho Books; QBO for QuickBooks; OFX for tools that accept bank-feed files.
